REVIEWS for TURTLE DANCE MUSIC!
"I just had my 3 & 4 year olds at the West Deptford Library to see the Music & Movement Show. It was awesome! 'Mr. Matt' was great at engaging the kids, (parents too) & he even found a way to include the shy kiddos that made them feel very comfortable & safe. I am a Behavioral Therapist, doing Early Intervention with toddlers that have Autism & I highly recommend giving these guys a try if you have a child with special needs. From a therapist/mothers perspective this is an excellent, accommodating, entertaining, & educational show!"

"Not only did our pre-k kids have a great time with Matt and Jerome, but our teachers can't stop raving about them either! Kids and teachers alike were engaged - laughing at jokes, singing and dancing along! We can't wait to have them back next year!"

My children (ages 5 and 2) and I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Matt's program. We had full-on belly laughs during his show and they are talking about it at length to family and friends. A super enjoyable and educational program! Thank you for sharing your talent with the world!

"What a fabulous show! I'm not quite sure they realize the wonderful impact and feelings they left behind. That extra 10 minutes with individual kids after the concert turned into 30 minutes. My kids felt excited about music and themselves after this show."

"Most fantastic show for children that I have ever seen. This guy knows what he's doing when it comes to keeping kids interested in the show. We didn't stop laughing, singing and dancing the entire time. My daughters (ages 19 mo and 3) had the time of their lives. Thank you for a memorable night out Mr Matt!!"

"Turtle Dance Music just performed with a young crowd here at the Meriden Public Library and they were just FANTASTIC, again. Tons of audience participation and performer silliness, resulting in lots of smiling and laughter (and following the performance, rave reviews from caregivers - "Best program of the summer!" confided one grandparent). They seemed to
have a great rapport with the audience (mostly kids 5 and under) and they made several successful additions/changes to the program, seemingly based on the "wiggliness" of the crowd. The bubble hat activity was a personal favorite."

"The Music and Movement Concert for Kids was an excellent and thoughtfully crafted program. Both Alex Kveton and Matt Mazur are deeply knowledgable about working with kids on the Autism spectrum and also clearly love what they do. As the need for more programs for families with kids on the spectrum grows, Turtle Dance Music is a wonderful addition to children's programming. Highly recommended."

"Just wanted to let everyone know we had a fantastic fun packed program for babies, toddlers and young children. Alex and Matt made up the duo "Turtle Dance Music". They kept the kids going for over 45 minutes. Roars and laughter filled the library as they performed songs, slap stick comedy and more. So many parents and grandparents came into to the children's library to tell us how happy they were with the program. You can either google them at turtledancemusic.com or call 973-493-2326 to schedule them. They are young and very energetic. They let the kids touch and try out their instruments after the program. They are also very affordable."

"Turtle Dance Music presented a wonderful, zany and gentle program that provoked gales of laughter from the children. We had a combination of children with and without special needs and they all loved it and participated. Matt and Alex have a superb sense of timing and ability to read the audience. I plan to have them come again and I can't recommend them highly enough."

"Expert musicians and performers Matt Mazur and Alex Kveton, of Turtle Dance Music were perfect for a delightful and energetic 45-minute program of songs, movement and lots of fun
designed for kids on the autism spectrum and their families. Their comfortable
style and great interaction with the kids made everyone feel a part of the show
and families raved about every aspect of the performance including the fact that
the kids were able to try out the instruments at the end. Families really "experienced" the program rather than just watched it! We will happily have Matt and Alex’s return to our library."

"We just hosted Turtle Dance Music here at Stratford Library Association. It was a great time with a thrilled crowd of babies, toddlers and pre-school children and their assorted caregivers, dancing, prancing and grinning with glee. Matt and Alex are full of energy and have a lovely rapport with the children. They paced their program so that there were quiet songs and gentle passages as well as lots of high energy vibrant times. Each child who wanted to was welcomed to try out the violin and other instruments after the show. We thought they were worth every penny and plan to have them back."

"Matt Mazur and Alex Kveton of 'Turtle Dance Music' performed at our library in May, 2013. Although the family program was open to all of our patrons, we targeted families with children on the Autism Spectrum. We were so impressed and delighted that Matt and Alex were able to assess the mixed crowd, ranging in age from preschoolers to teens, and made each and every person feel accepted and entertained at the same time. The performers are both intuitive, warm, and musically versatile. I highly recommend them."

"I took my two grandsons to see this at Little Egg Harbor Library yesterday...it was thoroughly entertaining for both the kids and the adults. I would recommend this show for anyone with small children as well as for the small child that resides in us all. Thanks for a wonderful presentation, the boys and I will definitely put this in our memory books! Fantastic!"

"As head of the Children’s Room of the Warner Library in Tarrytown, NY, I recently had the pleasure of offering the Inclusive Music and Movement Program to our community. Alex and Matt performed an absolutely beautiful program. They are talented musicians, and just as importantly, they are committed to providing a quality program appropriate for young people on the autism spectrum. To quote a social worker who attended the event with her grandchildren, the program 'came from the heart of the performers.' Their commitment to music and to young people is inspiring. I look forward to having them perform at the Warner Library again. Please feel free to contact me with any questions."

"I still can’t stop telling others about Alex and Matt’s performance at our local library. It was so unique and memorable, unlike any other music show/class for special needs children. While others try to include our kids, their inclusion was effortless. It was amazing to watch the connections they had with all of the children. Most of all, I, a parent felt connected to them. I had a blast! They were hilarious, beautiful to listen to and played some adult favorites too! It was certainly a concert for all abilities as well as all ages. You can tell they possess something magical and how deeply they care for their fans! When I am having a rough day with my daughter, I think back to the huge smiles our family had that afternoon and the peacefulness we felt. We cannot wait to see them again!"
